The procurement is carried out in accordance with the Public Procurement Act of 17. June 2016 (LOA) and regulation on public procurement (FOA) FOR 2016-08-12-974 part I and part III. Contract award will be made according to the procedure open tender, cf. FOA § 13-1(1). In this competition, there is no opportunity to negotiate. Offers that contain significant deviations from the procurement documents must be rejected in accordance with regulations on public procurement § 24-8 (1) b.
