• STT and TKNN, reconstruction - SHA coordinator execution phase Sør-Tromsøya dental clinic is located next to Troms county municipality in Strandvegen in the center of Tromsø. The existing administration wing at Sør-Tromsøya dental clinic is to be rebuilt. This involves establishing 4 additional treatment rooms, new sterile room with storage, office for clinic manager, break room, combined meeting room/break room and staff kitchen. supplementary technical facilities. The building is located on Sør-Tromsøya, adjacent to the county hall. The area to be internally remodeled is located in the southern part of the building, called wing SØR, and the affected area totals approximately 310 m2. In addition, there is a need for conversion and additions of technical facilities and access roads, including auxiliary works, in other parts of the building and which supply or will supply the converted areas. The external works mainly consist of the following:• Demolition of existing walls, doors, coverings, ceilings.• Construction with new walls, glass panels, doors, coverings, ceilings and surface treatments.• Rearranging and supplementing technical facilities to the extent necessary, including drilling holes through fire barriers.
