Framework agreements with one tenderer per sub-contract. Sub-contracts 8, 14, 15 and 16 reserve the right to evaluate and award at product level. As a starting point, the contracting authority would like to enter into a contract with as few tenderers as possible, but contracts can be awarded within each sub-contract to different tenderers, if necessary to ensure access to a sufficient assortment.
