- The aim of the procurement is to enter into a framework agreement for the procurement of patient journeys on the way for Helse Fonna HF. Patient journeys on the way are a facilitated transport where the patient, in accordance with the current legislation, has the right to covering expenses for travel to and from treatment. We were unable to receive tenders for the sub-contracts included in this notice in the previous announcement. After a dialogue with the market, some changes have been made, including the price model. The price model in this procurement has been changed from "Parallel rate" to "Ongoing Kilometres".
