Description:
The contracting authority would like tenders for legal services, including legal advice (individual questions and major review work), quality assurance, assistance in any appeals and/or disputes, courses, conferences, seminars etc. In sub-contract 1, the Contracting Authority needs legal assistance within: Public procurements, government support and competition law (with emphasis on procurement law, particularly procurements for complex ICT contracts and health services), Administrative law and health law, as well as Personal protection and information security, intellectual property law (including commercialisation of research results) and technology and IT law. the legal areas covered under sub-areas 1 and 2. The sub-contract ́s estimated annual value is NOK 6,720,000 excluding VAT. Furthermore, the maximum value of the sub-contract for 4 years is NOK 54,000,000 excluding VAT.
