Description:
Tenders are invited to the Sunfallsveien 27B. Conversion of care homes
Short description: Ås municipality will build on an existing building in the Sunfallway 27B for care homes. The building currently has one apartment, rooms and a staff base. The building is listed in the early 1990s and needs rehabilitation. At the same time, it is planned to build on the hotel to three apartments, as well as upgrade the staff. The existing apartment is not planned to change beyond technical upgrade that applies to the entire building. Change of floor plan will mean that fire separators, sound separators, placement of wet rooms and facade will also be changed. The rebuilding is considered a major development, and technical solutions shall satisfy the current technical regulations (TEK 17). Facade change consists of new placements of doors and windows. There is also a need to replace the ventilation system, install sprinkler systems, new fire alarm system and new water and sewage installations. Windows and exterior doors must be replaced and the whole building must be post-insulated (walls and ceiling). Built has one floor and is 417 m². The building is listed in wooden structures with locking roofs and exterior painted carpenter panel.
