Supervisor for internal control for cyber security and supervisor Security Assessment for AMS
The regulatory authority for energy in NVE (RME) is from November 1 2019 designated by the Ministry of Petroleum and Energy (OED) as a regulatory authority in accordance with section 2-3 of the Energy Act. RME works to create a Well functioning And efficient energy market in Norway, which should be easy to relate to the end users. RME is still part of NVE, and will perform the tasks as an independent regulatory authority. This is a project that is mainly funded by RME, with contributions from NVE. The project should focus on security requirements related to AMS and Elhub in the settlement regulations, but also take into account similar assessments that must be made within NVE's responsibilities under the power preparedness regulations. The RME is leading the project. The purpose of the acquisition is to enter into a contract for the purchase of a supervisor for internal control for cyber security for The power industry and a guide for security assessment for AMS. Both supervisors for internal control should contain two editions, a very short and simple version for small businesses and a simple version for larger businesses. For the assignment, a contract must be signed with the 1 supplier. The contract is regulated by the contract. The contract terms in the attached SSA-O with vouchers and attachments.
