Description : Fredrikstad municipality plans to procure a project management system for managing finances, phases and processes in building and construction projects.
The management system shall be used by controllers, team leaders and project managers in the Project development division at the Technical operations in Fredrikstad municipality.
The project management system's primary task is to ensure of the contracting authority's need for overall project follow-up and portfolio management. At the same time, the system shall facilitate simple and uncomplicated reporting of the projects' finances and processes.
The objective of the supplier conference is to establish an arena where the supplier can present its software, provide input to and ask questions about the contract.
