Description:
The Ministry of Digitalisation and Public Governance is in the process of creating a new department that from 1 January 2025 will have the overall responsibility for delivering digital services to the ministry community: The Ministries Digitalisation Organisation (DIO). A joint IT platform ("Ny Løsning") will be established and delivered to the customers for whom it has been decided that DIO will provide services. The establishment and implementation of Ny Løsning will occur gradually and is expected to take place over a transition period of 2-3 years before the existing platforms are phased out. Ny Løsning shall be based on a hybrid system design that can both offer services from a dedicated/private infrastructure and from public cloud services. Ny Løsning shall be able to provide services that fulfil the requirements for protected unclassified information systems and other unclassified information systems. The scope of the procurement consists of two parts: 1) Establishment and outsourcing of central infrastructure and platform operation, hereafter called sub-area 1; 2) Support for the transition project, hereafter called sub-area 2. Both sub areas include an option to procure assistance for operational support on existing platforms in the transition period to make key personnel available to assist in the establishment of Ny Løsning. The procurement shall result in two separate contracts, one per sub-area.
