- Short Description: The purpose of this procurement is to find a private partner who wants to help establish a new and attractive swim offer in Vågan municipality. The purpose is to establish a swimming facility that contributes to good public health, housing and become desire, relocation and more visitors. For an island municipality where both children and adults much of the time travel both on and close water, swim training and swimming skills are also related to safety. The facility will ensure teaching hours for all pupils at the schools in Vågan and have sufficient capacity for all pupils to receive equal degree of swimming lessons. The sport should also have the necessary facilities and access to the swimming facility as there must be justified gaming equipment.
