Description:
Trondheim municipality, hereafter called the Contracting Authority, refers to a previously completed market dialogue for the Electronic Log System, fleet management and car sharing (Doffin 2023-609836 / TED 2023/S 204-642186). The contracting authority would like input and comments on the draft of the requirements and criteria as it is available from 15.01.2024. The intended contract is SSA-L, including a data processing contract from DFØ. Subject to large and small changes in these documents. Feedback is given by filling in the blue fields in the attached spreadsheet (NB: there are 4 tabs, respectively Qualification Requirements, Selection Criteria, Minimum Requirement and Award Criteria). The deadline for submitting feedback is 27.01.2024. Feedback received after this cannot be calculated into consideration in the final tender documentation.
