Description:
Trondheim municipality is in a concept phase that shall make recommendations for a possible procurement of a new ERP system in 2025. The procurement shall completely or partly replace the current systems for: finance, accounting, procurement (Unit4 ERP)HR and wages (Visma Multi) working hours planning (Visma Gat) Trondheim municipality would like to know more about what is in the market, what is new and what is coming, and how the municipality ́s need for future system support within ERP can be procured and covered in the best possible way. The response form and further needs description will be published 18 April as Additional Information in the Mercell Portal (see the Communication tab). All tenderers who have marked themselves as interested in the Mercell portal will be notified of this. We encourage all suppliers who can deliver all or parts of such a system, or who can have relevant input and recommendations, to give feedback on the market survey. Feedback Feedback is to be given by filling in the reply form and sending us via the communication tab by 02 May 2024. Feedback received after this cannot be expected to be taken into account in the further work. After the responses have been received and processed, it may be necessary to invite some relevant participants to 1:1 meetings for some further clarifications, preferably in week 21.
