Description : Unit — the Directorate for ICT and Joint Services is planning a procurement process for a system for the ''production and sharing of digital teaching resources''.
The aim of the procurement process is to establish a cloud based system for storing digital video content for use in teaching, as well as for content set up by students.
We plan to publish a RFP with a negotiated procedure at the beginning of July, with the deadline for submitting tenders in September.
We request that tenderers of this type of system give us a short video introduction/demonstration (not longer than 10-15 minutes) of your system.
We would like the video to include:
— recording of classroom based lectures
— lecturer who sets up and shares digital teaching resources
— uploading a video file with alternatives for distribution.
Unit emphasises that such information is not to be seen as a prerequisite for participation in the coming procurement process.
