- The purpose of the procurement is to gain access to a system that will contribute to streamlining, optimizing and increasing the quality in the management/planning and operation of resources, tasks and service production for the departments that use the system. The goal is also that we will use fewer people to do the actual planning and that we use resources better, it is therefore expected that the System can support this. The tasks the system must be able to plan include both production tasks (serving customers through case management, support, trial guards, etc.) and support tasks (courses and skills enhancement for own employees, regular meetings, continuing education, etc.).
