- Technical advisors for the design of new nursing home
The municipality of Eigersund will build a new nursing home for 60 short and long-term places at Lagård. The planning and design period is intended to last in 2025 and 2026, and then 2 years of construction time. The work on a sketch project in collaboration with the architect will be completed during August/September 2025. It has been decided that the contract form should be an execution contract with NS3420 descriptions for all technical subjects. This competition applies to the procurement of technical advisers to detail projecters and create a tender description for the aforementioned subjects. For other technical subjects, their own competitions will be announced. For sheets/iarks and RIV, the municipality has framework agreements used. - Documents:
