Short description: The Norwegian Public Roads Administration is the participant in the Nordicway 3 project which is a follow-up of Nordicway and Nordicway 2 projects and is an ITS project in collaboration with the other Nordic countries. The goal of NordicWay 3 is to test out and pilot "Day 1" and "Day 1.5" C-ITS systems in urban areas.The taskor wants offers on the delivery of R & D service for generation and delivery of C-IT's messages to Polestar 2 using the help Of Android Automotive OS which is an Android-based Infotainment system built into cars. With Android Automotive OS installs the users media app directly on the car's system instead of phones. The purpose of the procurement is to support research within Nordicway 3.
