Description : Norsk helsenett SF would like to establish a joint consolidated telephony platform for all of Helseforvaltningen. The telephony platform will consist of a contact centre, telephone exchange, switchboard, and various integrations.
The system will be established in NHN's computer centre, and will be wholly or partially consumed by the entities in Helseforvantingen, based on each entity's need. Therefore a flexible price model is required that can be scaled up and down based on consumption of the individual services.
