Temporary health and care services for the municipalities of Nord-Troms, framework agreement The competition concerns a framework agreement for the supply of temporary staff to the health and care sector (Doctors are not covered). Participants in the procurement: The municipalities of Kvænangen, Nordreisa, Skjervøy, Kåfjord, Lyngen and Storfjord. The value of the acquisition is estimated at: NOK 15-20,000,000 ex. VAT per year. Maximum value for the entire agreement period, including any options and expected price increase: NOK 85,000,000 ex VAT. Estimated consumption for the participating municipalities is as follows per year: - Lyngen municipality - NOK 2 million - Nordreisa municipality - NOK 4 million - Kvænangen municipality - NOK 4-6 million - Skjervøy municipality - NOK 2 million - Storfjord municipality - NOK 2 million - Kåfjord municipality - NOK 2-6 million The need is uncertain. The volume can vary both up and down, and during the contract period will depend on, among other things, the client's needs, activities, budget situation and other framework factors. For further information, we refer to the procurement documents. This procurement is, by its nature, assessed to have an insignificant impact on the climate and environment, cf. section 7-9, fifth paragraph of the regulation. The reason for this is that the procurement concerns the purchase of consultancy/advisory services where the client is prevented from influencing the climate and the environmental impact, since requirements and criteria that target these elements will not have a sufficient connection to the delivery.
