- The framework agreements are divided into 6 sub areas: • Sub-area 1: Clothing and personal protective equipment • Sub area 2: Backpack, bag, sleeping bags and safety equipment • Sub-area 3: Emergency helmet for the Civil Defense • Sub-area 4: Wool sweater• Lot 5: Field bottle • Sub area 6: Flame retardant gloves and wind mittens. Tenders can be submitted for one or several sub areas, and tenderers in the Template for tender letters shall state which sub-areas a tender is submitted for. NB: Tenders cannot be submitted for only parts of the products within each sub-area. Tenders for the sub-area must include all products.
