The purpose of the pending tender contest is to enter into a framework agreement for the delivery of consumables for laboratories and chemicals. The framework agreement shall result in reduced prices and transaction costs, simplify ordering processes and facilitate eCommerce. NORCE shall also contribute to increased compliance with social responsibilities.
There is a need for the agreement to be operational as soon as possible after the contract award.
