- Test housing Mobø - Mikrohus Vinje municipality is to enter into an agreement for a turnkey contract for the design and construction of one (1) micro house on plot M13 in Mobø housing estate, gnr./bnr. 136/71. The general contractor must deliver a complete and ready-to-move-in building, including all planning, groundwork, foundations, building work, technical installations and connection to municipal water, sewage and electricity. The project must be carried out in accordance with the submission to the zoning plan for the Mobø housing estate (PlanID 20240003) with associated plan map, forecast and plan review. This includes, among other things, requirements for location, building height, flood safety, adaptation to the terrain and aesthetic guidelines for the area. The municipality is delaying the approval of the zoning plan. If the zoning plan is not adopted or there are significant changes to the planning provisions, the client reserves the right to cancel the competition or not enter into a contract without liability for damages. The microhouse must be a full-fledged residence up to 30 m², with associated insulated storage and carport. The general contractor is free to propose planning solutions and design within the framework given. The building must have a heat pump as the main source of heating, as well as an alternative energy source the regulatory provisions. The project must be designed as a micro-house in accordance with simplified rules in the building technical regulations (TEK17) and related guidance from the Directorate for Building Quality.
