Test tool for use in recruitment for Ahus HF
The agreement applies to the ongoing delivery of services over the internet (as-a-service), more precisely Software-as-a-service SaaS for system for testing tools for recruitment. The agreement also covers operation and maintenance of the service (by the service is meant standard software, possible adaptations and operation of interfaces).The purpose of the acquisition is to cover Ahu's needs for personality test, team development test and leadership development test, for use in recruitment and in connection with development. The planned procurement will contribute to Ahus recruits on in professional and efficient way, in line with best practice in recruitment, and which ensures job seekers a good and trust-inspiring candidate experience. As part of the contract, in addition to the test tool, the supplier must offer the following services:• Certification and professional courses in the use of the offered tools• Reports • Documentation and manuals • User support and advice For the first contract year, consumption is estimated at approx. 150 - 200 personality tests for recruiting vacancies. It is assumed that the annual scope will increase gradually during the agreement period. It is estimated that there will be a need for between 3 -7 certified users of the system. For team and leadership development, the volume is uncertain as these are services in the early pilot phase.
