Short Description: DSS aims to establish a parallel framework agreement with three suppliers to meet the need for subtitles of video. The framework agreement will help to ensure universal design of videos published on www.regjeringen.no and other underlying pages owned by the ministries and SMK:- The framework agreement includes texting and transcription of video in Norwegian to Norwegian, and video in English to Norwegian. Performed on the framework agreement shall be quality assured and proofread by a person other than the person (s) performing the actual texting in an assignment. The Security and Service Organization (DSS) is responsible for the agreement and is also a contract party. The agreement shall also apply to the companies in the ministry community. The businesses are listed in the framework agreement's Appendix 1.
