- Sporveien AS periodically needs to hire temporary staff for cleaning its rolling materials in order to cover sickness, holidays or increased workload. In Sporveien, cleaners are paid differently based on whether they have a certificate of apprenticeship or not. Those with certificates of apprenticeship are paid as skilled workers and those without certificates of apprenticeship are paid as special works.
