Description : The procurement shall contribute to the Directorate for Higher Education and Skills [Norwegian and referred to as: HK-dir] having appropriate digital solutions to
meet the requirements regarding satisfactory performance management in the public sector. HK-dir wants the digital systems to facilitate good solutions for internal work processes.
The contract includes the procurement of systems for meeting HK dir's needs for
internal control, risk management, business planning with budget, reports and
project and portfolio management.
