- Trøndelag County, c/o the Division for Dental Health, needs to enter into framework agreements with private dental clinics (cf. annex 5) for services for persons who turn 25-28 years in the year of treatment for the entire county, apart from Namsos, Snåsa, Osen, Flatanger, Overhalla, Høylandet, Grong, Namsskogan, Røyrvik and Lierne. These patients will be offered by public clinics in the mentioned municipalities. The need for this service is that Trøndelag County currently does not have sufficient capacity to provide sufficient self-management tenders for this group.
