Description:
Short Description: The acquisition deals with a surveillance service with a specially equipped Tomotor turbine -powered propeller aircraft with pressure cabin and good range. The provider shall dispose of operations 2 aircraft related to the service, including equipped and adapt both aircraft with sensor system, all air and systems maintenance, as well as pilots and at least one system operator. Airplanes and personnel shall be included in a preparedness with 2 and 4 hours of expression. Primary area for operations is the entire Norway's economic zone, as well as the fisheries zone around Svalbard and Jan Mayen. The operation will not have a fixed starting point/airport, but the aircraft will be moved around and operated from 24 -hour airports. The assignments require low flight during data capture, 4000 feet and below. Several of the service's operations will require flying under regulations for Specialized Operations (SPO). The aircraft will also operate under the Regulations for Civil State Air Fart.
