Description:
Total contract - Demolition of Skalevik school
The work includes the demolition of existing buildings, including associated installations and constructions. The work includes mapping and carrying out the necessary environmental remediation after applicable law and regulations, and planning of land for further use. Environmental remediation report from Asplan Viak AS (2017) is attached and must be updated or replaced. Plaster on the building must be removed by the contractor. The extent is based on what is revealed in the visual experience. The work must be carried out as one turnkey contract according to NS 8407:2011 General contract provisions for turnkey contracts. Planned start for the work is 15 January 2026, with completion by 15 May 2026. Inspection and information meeting The inspection will be on Monday 24 November at 12:00 13:00. It will be possible to ask questions about the eyesight. Questions and answers given during the inspection are recorded and published in the competition via Mercell.
