- Short Description: The delivery includes demolition and environmental remediation of all buildings and associated outdoor facilities to Stig school, tanner Ytteborgs vei 145, 0977 Oslo. All existing school buildings on the site will be demolished, and the plot is prepared for construction. There are 4 buildings with a total of approx. 4582 m2 BTA. Three of the buildings are from 1974 and erected by concrete elements, with sandwich elements of concrete as supporting exterior walls. The last building is erected approx. 1980 and is mainly of wood. Simple building parts and materials will be dismantled for reuse. Fences, gates and most of the play equipment are dismantled for reuse of Oslobidg before the start of these contract work. Removal of other installations in the outdoor areas shall be included in the contract.
