Lillesand municipality (the developer/client) wants to reduce energy consumption at Lillesand housing and activity center Dovreheimen significantly, while increasing comfort for residents and employees. On this occasion, a contract for total contract for ENØK measures will be signed. Includes new SD systems, EOS, energy meters and heat pumps with energy wells to provide most of the heating and hot tap water. Upgrade/retrofit of lighting is an option in the contract. The start -up of the contract work will be September 2025 with the end period/takeover 27.02.2026.
