- Total contract with proposed solutions based on house models - prequalification - the projects 1001359 Underhaugsbakken care homes - 1001213 Dønskiveien housing - 1001388 Leirdueveien housing Bærum municipality hereby invites prequalification for the competition with negotiations, in connection with the procurement of a general contractor (TE) for the following projects: Gnr./b.nr. 17/463 and 19/241 - Underhaugsbakken care homes (1001359) Gnr./b.nr 80/148 - Dønskiveien housing (1001213)Gnr./b.nr 93/189 - Leirdueveien housing (1001388)The contract covers the development, engineering and construction of three detached house projects for Bærum municipality. Underhaugsbakken care homes consists of the construction of 10 care homes with associated common areas for residents, as well as areas for staff and administration. In Dønskiveien, one four-person home (welfare housing) will be built. In Leirdueveien, two four-person homes (welfare housing) are to be built.
