Description:
The competition is for the provision of trade services, framework agreement. The procurement cooperation in Hadeland is organised as a host municipality system, where Gran municipality is the host and thus the one that is legally responsible for the contracting party. Jevnaker municipality and Lunner municipality are part of the framework agreement. The procurement ́s value is estimated to: NOK 3,000,000 excluding VAT per annum. The maximum value for the entire contract period, including any options and expected price rise: NOK 15,000,000 excluding VAT. The need is uncertain. The volume can vary both up and down and the contract period will depend on, among other things, the contracting authority ́s needs, activities, budgetary situations and other framework factors. The agreement shall be used for minor and limited assignments. The contracting authority reserves the right to either use a separate framework agreement for building contractor services, or outsource individual assignments and projects after an independent assessment.
