• Transformation of buildings and plots of land for residential purposes 4 municipalities - 4 outline projects - increased housing access and housing variety Nordreisa, Kvænangen, Skjervøy and Kåfjord municipalities have received grants from the Housing Bank for the project Identification of existing buildings and/or plots with potential for transformation into housing in Nord-Troms. As part of this project, a competition is invited for the supply of external specialist expertise. The purpose of the assignment is to provide a knowledge base that can contribute to increased access on housing in Nord-Troms through: * identification of existing buildings and/or plots of land with potential for transformation into housing * sketches and feasibility studies showing realistic development scenarios * overall technical, regulatory and financial assessments The assignment will provide the municipalities with a decision-making basis for further work and development, but does not include detailed planning or implementation of physical measures. The following appendices are included in the competition: * Appendix 1 - The basis of the competition: describes purpose, scope, deliverables, qualification requirements and award criteria. * Appendix 2 - Project description: provides background and overall context for the project. * Appendix 3 - The municipalities - alternatives buildings and plots: provides brief background information on the municipalities as well as a preliminary overview of relevant buildings and plots of land.
