Transport services Bus Grenland 2027 II
Telemark County Council hereby invites participation in a competition for the conclusion of a Contract for the purchase of transport services by bus in Grenland "Transport services Bus Grenland 2027 II". The competition has one route area for the whole of Grenland. The route offer is based on recommendations given in Busstrafikkplan Grenland (Strategic route plan, May 2023) with an additional note from May 2025. The route offer is adapted to the expected available financial framework for the contract entered into after this tender competition. The route offer that is the basis for this competition is essentially the same as that which was put into production in July 2025 in connection with the start of the current two-year contract for transport services Bus Grenland 2025 - 2027. The contract shall apply from the signing of the contract and with an operating period of 6 or 12 years. Cf. political decision case 70/25 in the county council for Telemark county municipality on 19 June 2025. In this contract, requirements are set for fossil-free buses in accordance with §3 letter d) and e) of the regulation already from the start 01.07.2027.
