Description : This contract will cover the transport of personnel at Kårstø and is divided into two parts:
Fixed assignments
— shuttle bus: transport of personnel to and from the facility.
— site taxi: runs continuous fixed routes or on call inside the facility between 6.50 a.m. and 16 p.m. The site taxi must have a size of 16 seats.
Ad-hoc assignments (examples below here)
— extra site taxis/buses during periods if needed.
— buses used in connection with team gatherings and similar.
We reserve the right to make changes in the number of routes, timetables and driving patterns. The routes for the shuttle bus change somewhat during the summer months.
This procurement/agreement is related to an internal understanding of how the service is to be covered under the current pandemic situation. Consequently, there is some uncertainty about the duration and scope. The service can consequently be reduced or terminated if changes in this situation.
The work will be carried out on the Company's areas at Kårstø and the local area according to agreed routes.
The supplier shall have sufficient personnel capacity for the management and execution of the Work and must be able to reallocate or possibly mobilize the necessary additional capacity to be able to perform a reasonable scope of...
