- Travel agency services The purpose of the procurement is to conclude a framework agreement for travel agency services to ensure a versatile, cost-effective and adapted solution for the Defense sector's various users. The supplier must provide all types of travel agency services with a particular focus on ordering portal and customer team for personal service. The Client's organization consists of various businesses with different needs and the Supplier shall operate as a hub for the Client's overall travel business, which includes service travel, perm and commuter journeys as well as sailor journeys if necessary. Travel business support The Armed Forces' operational capability and the sector's travel volume are expected to increase in line with the Client's organic growth. Acquisition estimated value is 140 MNOK ex. VAT The maximum value up to 210 MNOK ex. VAT, including material options that appear in Appendix B point 2.3 for the agreement period. The client included a volume option which means that the total value for the framework agreement, including the volume option, is set at NOK 350 million ex. VAT A framework agreement must be entered into with one supplier. The duration of the framework agreement is 4 years.
