- Sola, Sandnes, Randaberg, and Stavanger Municipalities and Rogaland brann og redning IKS hereafter called the contracting authority, invites tenderers to a contest for the delivery of a travel travelling services. Stavanger Municipality has the secretarial function for this contest and will have all contact with tenderers on behalf of the contracting authorities. The municipalities are using joint tender documentation and the evaluation will be joint, but the municipalities are separate legal objects and will enter into and sign separate contracts with the winner of the contest. The municipalities can therefore be seen as five different contracting authorities with different delivery and invoice addresses.
