- Parts of Christianholm marina, in the centre of Kristiansand, need modernisation and upgrading for a modern offer for our tenants. In addition we would like our tenants to have better secured access to the boats in the form of establishing rigging and mooring manholes in the part of the harbour, which does not already have this. The establishment of rigging and barriers will result in the entire harbour appearing upgraded and will give the harbour a modern and aesthetically better expression as regards the surroundings along Kristiansand ́s seafront promenade. The project is subject to financing.
