Tenders are invited to Trondheim municipality - condition analyzes 2022-2023
Short description: Trondheim municipality asks for offers of 3 part contracts in connection with condition analyzes of Trondheim municipality's building mass. The headset consists of annual implementation of state analyzes of about 75,000 quadrameters for partial contract 1 other purpose building (about 40 buildings), approximately 90,000 square meters for part contract 2 schools (approximately 13 buildings) and approximately 40,000 square meters for partial contract 3 rental housing (about 40 buildings). In addition, there may be a need for other units in Trondheim municipality to order state analyzes and depth mapping. The part contracts have a duration of 2 years (2022 and 2023) with the possibility of prolongation 1 + 1 year. Agreement is entered into with Trondheim property, but is applicable to All units in Trondheim municipality.It is emphasized that all providers must provide offers on all 3 part contracts to join the competition. Providers who supply only 1 or 2 Delt facilities will be rejected.
