- Turnkey contract for the installation of a heat pump at Ime school Lindesnes municipality invites a tender for a turnkey contract for the installation of a new heat pump at Ime school (Kristiansandsveien 105, 4516 Mandal), which will include the necessary building work in the agreement. The desired start for the work is week 26. The project must be completed by 01/09/2026. An offer inspection will be held on 06.05. at 10:00 at Ime school. An agreement must be entered into with one (1) general contractor for the implementation of the project. The contract is carried out and regulated by NS 8407:2011 General contract provisions for turnkey contracts, with the additions and changes that follow from the agreement document and the contract basis with annexes. The value of the contract, including all options, is estimated at approx. NOK 2.5 million excl. VAT The procurement is not suitable for division into partial contracts.
