Preliminary project shows a new medical center with 9 offices, LAB department and ambulance reception, planned on the main floor, with parking and access on the same property. 2nd floor is tenkt to a technical room for a medical center with access from the existing external staircase from the north, and a 2-room apartment as a separate utility unit, with access via a new external staircase to the south-west.
