Description : The contractor shall, together with the contracting authority, establish a new and modern football stadium (Stadium) in the sports park, upgrade large parts of the sports park, and in addition develop, build, and own business areas connected to the Stadium.
The main objective of the contract for new Nadderud stadium is to provide a stadium that shall be used by the municipality's women and men top football teams, to which recreational sports also shall have access to. The stadium shall have capacity for 8000 seats and grandstands on four sides.
