Tenderers are hereby invited to a market survey for a planned pending procurement of 1 portable ultra-low field MR for Helse Stavanger HF. The market survey is a part of the preliminary work for the procurement and is being carried out because the Contracting Authority wants to map the market. The contracting authority has already carried out more informal market surveys that have only identified one potential tenderer. Tenderers who can offer portable ultra-low field MR for examinations of caput are asked to respond to the market survey by submitting the following information in Mercell: short presentation of the interested/tenderer, information on the machine that can be offered, general description of the equipment, description of suitability for intended use (cf. the point Description of the procurement), technical specifications, sequences, option to connect to Sectra, description of all additional equipment offered, expected delivery time, production country, minimum lifetime of the machine, reference places and information on any experience from public procurements of ultra-low field MR, preferably countries within the EU/EEA. The deadline for responding to the market survey is Tuesday 2 July , 12:00. The responses are to be sent in word, excel or pdf format.
