Short Description: The business -oriented tool consists of institutions and schemes such as through capital, research, infrastructure and competence measures directly and indirectly stimulate increased value creation in business. Surveys, including the area review of the commercial tool, have shown that What users experience policy instruments as complex and that there is a need for simplification and available. The purpose of this assignment is to gain insight into the business -oriented tool with a corporate -oriented approach with a view to making a more user -friendly and effective holistic, efficient and accessible business -oriented policy instrument. The assignment will provide insight into how the business -oriented tool is experienced for central user groups and should be part of the Ministry's basis to assess improvements. The assignment is divided into a main project with the possibility of an expansion in an option.
