Tenders are invited to vaccine against diphtheria, tetanus, copy cough and poliomyelitis for 2-classes in the childhood vaccination program
Short description: The Norwegian Institute of Public Health conducts an open tender competition with the goal of entering into a framework agreement on the delivery of vaccine against diphtheria, tetanus, whooping cough and poliomyelitis for children in the 2nd school stage. The vaccination is part of the child vaccination program. The competition is carried out as an open bidding competition according to law and regulations on public procurement Part 1 and 3. Allocation is based on the award criteria price and quality, where the quality criterion is weighted significantly higher than price. Competition is implemented electronically in CTM electronic competition commissioning tools (KGV) .fhi conducts the same time period a separate tender competition on vaccine against the same disease for vaccination of children in 10th school stages. It is not allowed to deliver combined offers for both acquisitions.FHI takes into account summer vacation when determining the deadline.
