Description:
Vestland County would like to enter into a contract with potential suppliers of a management system for booking premises and equipment. Teams and organisations can, via a self-serviced website, book rooms or locations that are available from a calendar. Vestland county has 42 upper secondary schools and potentially additional locations. A political treatment is planned for the oping of the local county at available times. Prior to procurement, we would like to acquire knowledge so that we can carry out the best possible process to suit our needs. • Suggestions for technical solutions. • Suggestions of services required for the roll-out phase. • Suggestions as to costs for procurement and implementation The dialogue will be in the form of a written response to our description of the scope of work and table of questions related to the procurement (see the attached document). Thereafter, we will invite suppliers to sign up for one-to-one meetings. The dialogue meetings will preferably be conducted on Microsoft Teams.
