The project is located on land with gnr./bnr. 30/309. The project includes the establishment of 12 housing units with care homes on level 2 of the building, which are currently used as office premises for the home service. In addition, associated functions such as common living rooms with kitchens, laundry rooms, warehouses, etc., offices, medicine and rest rooms for employees will be established. The building must satisfy TEK17 when it is finished, which means that it additional insulation and window replacement must be carried out on the 1st and 2nd floors.
