• Voluntary notice of intent: Electrosurgery - equipment-dependent consumables for the healthcare organizations in Helse Vest RHF Helse Vest RHF at Sykehusinnkjøp HF, will on behalf of health undertakings (Helse Førde HF, Helse Fonna HF, Helse Stavanger HF and Helse Bergen HF, as well as on option for Betanien Hospital and Haraldsplass Diakonale Hospital), in the region enter into framework agreements on equipment-dependent consumables within electrosurgery. Framework agreements will be entered into with the following suppliers (alphabetical order): Applied Medical, with VoyantB Braun Medcial AS, with CaimanKebomed, with marSealMedtronic Norge AS, with Ligasure and SonicisionOlympus Norge AS, with ThunderbeatOrtomedic Norge AS, with Harmonic and Enseal Advance notification of direct award: The client will announce its intention entering into a contract. Type of contract: framework agreement. Contract duration: 2 years with the option that the Customer can, at the end of the Agreement period, extend the Agreement by up to 1 year at a time. The maximum total agreement period is 4 years procurement regulations section 13-4 letter b) no. 2 to enter into a contract without announcing a competition in accordance with procurement regulations section 21-2.
