- The competition is for welfare and respite services for both 24 hour and ambulatory services connected to: - Welfare services and personal assistance for persons with mental disorders, including concomitant drug and alcohol problems. - Welfare services and personal assistance for persons with adaptation problems and challenging behaviour in social settings. - Welfare services and personal assistance for persons with multi-functional disabilities, physical disabilities, mental disabilities and autists. - Respite services for persons with adaptation problems and challenging behaviour in social settings. The aim of the contract is to regulate legal and practical conditions regarding the purchase of such services. The procurement ฬs value is estimated to: NOK 50,000,000 excluding VAT per annum. The maximum value for the entire contract period, including any options and expected price rise: NOK 200,000,000 excluding VAT. The need is uncertain. The volume can vary both up and down and the contract period will depend on, among other things, the contracting authority ฬs needs, activities, budgetary situations and other framework factors. The procedure stated in the notice's point IV.1.1 is incorrect.
